The client needs care from 12pm to 4pm on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. The family is looking for caregivers who have experience with Alzheimer's and who bring a positive attitude to the home on every visit. This position is ready for immediate placement.**

**Responsibilities and Duties:** Our Caregivers are responsible for providing hands-on, non-medical, quality care to clients of Collaborative Home Care. Caregivers provide care based on the plan of care for their clients, which includes activities of daily living such as personal care (e.g. bathing, dressing, medication reminders) and companion care (e.g. conversation, hobbies and activities, shopping). Caregivers must be able to work with minimal supervision, accepting personal responsibility for the maintenance of a professional relationship with the client in accordance with Collaborative Home Care policies and standards.

**Qualifications:**

* CNA training and experience

* Fully vaccinated for Covid-19

* Ability to learn quickly

* A love for the senior community

* A compassionate and upbeat attitude

* Strong commitment to reliability and ethical behavior

* Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms

* Dedication to professional development

* A minimum of 1-year experience in caregiving for seniors

* Ability to lift 30-40 pounds

* Possess a valid driver's license, access to reliable transportation and valid auto insurance

* Possess a state ID, and a valid second form of ID, such as a social security card, birth certificate, or passport

* Eligible to work in the United States

* Pass a background check and drug testing per company standards
