Opportunity:

Virtual Service Operations is actively seeking a talented individual to join our team as an IT Help Desk Security Analyst Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supporting user account setup, equipment distribution, server additions, and directory services. This role involves troubleshooting network connectivity for remote VPN users, ensuring productive user relationships, and offering innovative solutions. The Team Lead will oversee day-to-day operations, handle escalated issues, and lead a team in achieving efficient task management.

Responsibilities:

• Account setup and support for users with both restricted and unrestricted access.
• Access equipment management and distribution
• Server additions and support for environment access infrastructure
• Directory Services administration and troubleshooting
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues, working with remote employees on a VPN
• Develop and sustain an effective and productive user relationship, making them and their needs a primary focus.
• Offer alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of going the extra mile to resolve issues.
• Handle complex problems escalated from L1/L2 staff
• Manage onboarding of non-employees to the environment
• Manage team of peers to perform day-to-day tasks quickly and effectively

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with PKI certificates and RSA authentication support
• Understanding of Active Directory to unlock and reset passwords
• Previous computer technical support preferred
• Strong knowledge of Network troubleshooting, including connectivity issues, locating IP or TCP/IP addresses, VPN software, and supporting remote users.
• Proficient with troubleshooting all Windows Operating systems
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve email issues
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
• Outstanding customer skills, with the ability to empathize and professionally troubleshoot and resolve customer's issues
• Experience in team management
• Current CompTIA A+ CE, Network+ CE or Security+ CE certifications a plus

• 3 - 5 years of relevant experience
• Must be within driving distance of Richardson, Texas, or willing to relocate to the area
• Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires U.S. citizenship status
• Must be willing to work onsite
