The Junior Marketing Assistant is a vital member of our team, responsible for driving sales and attracting potential customers to the Account Executives to ensure a successful sales process. The position is entry-level, and full paid training is provided.
Responsibilities:
Campaign Growth: Assist in the daily growth and development of assigned marketing campaigns.
Relationship Management: Build and manage relationships with potential customers and clients to drive engagement.
Customer Retention: Identify areas to strengthen customer retention and improve satisfaction.
Strategic Collaboration: Work strategically with the sales team in a business development capacity to maximize sales opportunities.
Training Includes:
Team Management: Develop skills to lead and manage teams effectively.
Campaign Coordination and Management: Gain experience in coordinating and managing marketing campaigns.
Marketing and Sales: Learn and apply marketing and sales strategies to drive business growth.
Promotional Sales: Understand and implement promotional sales techniques.

Qualifications:
This is an entry-level position, open to candidates with 0-3 years of experience.
