Barbaricum is seeking several journeyman through senior-level Open Source Analysts to support the Long-Range Enterprise Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Activity (LEIA) Task Order, following the ongoing Combatant Commands C5ISR - Pacific Operations (C3PO) TO. This team will provide specialized open-source intelligence (OSINT) expertise to Special Operations Command Pacific (SOCPAC) and its strategic partners, enhancing multi-mission capabilities. The Open Source Analyst will gather, analyze, and interpret publicly available information from various sources, delivering actionable intelligence to support intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance operations in a multi-domain environment.
Responsibilities - Utilize all-source intelligence analysis, social media analysis, and other analytical methods to provide clients with insights that enhance analysis and targeting efforts.
- Use advanced open-source research techniques to build and analyze networks.
- Provide comprehensive targeting analysis studies based on gathered data.
- Assess and understand the implications of open-source reporting on various topics, including counter threats, nuclear issues, religious dynamics, military and political developments, and economic issues.
Qualifications - Active DoD TS/SCI security clearance required
- 6-10 years of demonstrated intelligence experience
- Experience utilizing Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) OSINT tools which include but are not limited to the Special Operations Tool Kit (SOTK) applications (e.g., SILO, SCRAAWL, Dataminr, and Babel)
- Demonstrated experience in a field related to OSINT research, collection management, or analysis or the exploitation of PAI or social media
- Demonstrated Counterintelligence (CI) and/or Human Intelligence (HUMINT) experience
- Prior military or government analytical training (e.g., all source, SIGINT, HUMINT or GEOINT)
