**Description**
We have a Senior Interior Designer opportunity in our Indianapolis, IN studio! This role will lead in the completion of client projects by planning and implementing interior design solutions.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
* Responsible for client satisfaction and design vision
+ Develop an optimal design solution for the project that meets the clients needs and represents the companys standard quality of design. Present design solutions to the client.
+ Manage all aspects associated with projects including proposals, exhibits, contracts, project budget, and profitability.
+ Maintain constant professional communications with client, project team, and consultants.
+ Develop a schedule of integrated tasks required to accomplish individual projects. Monitor progress toward the deliverable schedule.
* Design standards, visualization, local codes and guidelines are met for quality documents. Standard agreements knowledge and management
+ Responsible for creating, planning, and managing large scale interior design projects.
+ Document projects via construction documents and specifications effectively, and in accordance with established design standards as well as those set by official governing agencies.
* Project goals and/or project success
+ Overall project profitability
* Mentor designers and minimize rework
+ Have a role in managing and input in performance reviews of junior interior design staff.
+ Mentoring and/or sharing interior design knowledge with others in the firm.
**Secondary Duties and Responsibilities**
* Continue to develop design skills and pursue opportunities for continued education on topics related to the field of Interior Design.
* Design community involvement/participation at local level.
* Promote companys reputation through good client relations.
* May be required to perform other duties as assigned.

* **Computer skills required:** Strong Revit skills; Microsoft Windows environment, Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel; Google: Mail, Calendar, Drive, Apps; familiarity with Deltek Vision preferred
+ Graphic Software: InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop
