Salary:
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Develop test plans, test cases, and execute tests to validate the functionality, performance, and stability of TV software.
• Track and manage software defects, closely collaborate with the development team to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Analyze requirements and design documents to ensure testing activities align with specifications and requirements.
• User Experience Testing, organizing and managing user experience testing and user trials.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for products, resolving customer technical issues via phone, email, or remote connection.
• Gather customer feedback and issues, and promptly escalate to relevant departments to ensure timely resolution and follow-up.
• Write and maintain technical support documents, FAQs, and user guides for customer self-help troubleshooting.
• Maintain testing environments and testing equipment to ensure testing accuracy.
• Continuously learn and explore new testing techniques and tools to enhance skill proficiency.
Requirements/Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Software Test Engineer, preferably in TV software
• Solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and processes.
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills, able to quickly identify and analyze issues.
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation, capable of patiently listening to customer issues and providing effective solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit, capable of effective collaboration and communication with the development team.
• Pursuit of software quality, able to maintain work efficiency and quality under pressure.
• Good command of English in both written and verbal communication, capable of effective communication and collaboration with international teams.
