Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you play a critical role in being the key support for attracting and building talent pipelines for mid to senior level roles in the organization. You will work closely with key members of leadership to influence a best-in-class candidate experience, and in identifying key talent gaps. You will be a key support on Talent Acquisition and HR projects to influence future best practices to deliver talent for Total Wine & More. This role will report to the Field Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition.

You Will:

  • Utilize full cycle recruiting process to fill critical management roles in our stores
  • Act as a partner in delivering critical talent pipelines for Field Leadership/Management positions
  • Partner with business leaders and hiring managers strategically to develop candidate pipelines across critical hiring markets across the country
  • Drive process for New Store Staffing and Seasonal Hiring
  • Partner with Field Leadership to teach, train and develop best practices in direct recruitment and sourcing strategies
  • Lead performance reporting for Candidate Experience Survey and all Talent Acquisition metrics
  • Innovative ways to recruit talent to the organization by influencing social media channels
  • Support content creation inclusive of social templates, branding collateral, imagery, and videos to drive recruitment marketing campaigns to attract top talent
You will come with:
  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 4+ years with a proven track record of sourcing and hiring passive candidates while creating a top candidate experience, including roles at the Senior Management level
  • Project management history in building effective candidate attraction processes across social channels, campus, and DE&I affinity groups
  • Experience in working on employment branding and recruitment marketing campaigns, knowledge of Canva & Adobe preferred
  • Ability to collaborate and influence hiring managers and business leaders
  • Experience utilizing an applicant tracking system and other Core HR systems
  • An enthusiasm and passion for attracting best in class talent
