**Temporary Corporate Chef**

**What You'll Do:**
We are looking for a temporary Corporate Chef to join the culinary team for three (3) months. Our culinary team members are humble and hungry and strive to inspire our community by putting out great food, every single day. The Corporate Chef role is a versatile position that touches on each department in the business by providing all members of Traeger with the best possible food experience. As part of the Culinary team at HQ, you will be required to execute daily changing menus for a variety of events, marketing materials, photo and video simultaneously. This requires the highest level of attention to detail, organization sense of urgency and consistency.
**How You'll Help Us Win:**
* General preparation and cooking of food as directed by corporate chefs
* Assists with shopping for ingredients and placing orders with food vendors
* Assist with general cleaning duties throughout the prep kitchen, including washing dishes, wiping work surfaces, and mopping floors.
* Understand and adhere to all food hygiene and health and safety requirements to meet regulatory and company standards. This includes the safe use of knives and other sharp utensils
* Deliver high quality consistent results in a timely manner
* Hours will fluctuate depending on the needs and will include some nights and weekend. The majority of the time will be M-F 8:30am 5pm
**What Youll Need to Succeed:**
* Food handlers permit or ServSafe
* Ability to communicate verbally and work cooperatively with employees
* General understanding of the workings of a commercial kitchen
* Basic knowledge of food hygiene, storage and preparation
* High standards of cleanliness
* Excellent time management skills
* Ability to work well within a close knit team
* Flexible schedule, ability to work nights and weekends
* Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment
